WILMINGTON COMMUNITY CLINIC PROVIDES MEDICAL AND HEALTH RELATED SERVICES TO MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC REQUESTING SUCH SERVICES REGARDLESS OF ABILITY TO PAY AND TO DEVELOP METHODS FOR BETTER SERVING THOSE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY WHOSE NEEDS IN THE FORGOING AREAS ARE NOT SERVED ADEQUATELY BY EXISTING FACILITIES AND TO OFFER ITS ENCOURAGEMENT AND ASSISTANCE TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WITH SIMILAR PURPOSES.
