THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITIES TO STIMULATE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ON AND NEAR THE WIND RIVER INDIAN RESERVATION, TO PROMOTE SELF-SUFFICIENCY, SELF-DETERMINATION, AND AN ENHANCED QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE RESERVATION COMMUNITY.
