THE HERKIMER, MADISON & ONEIDA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD WILL PROMOTE THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY IN EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ACTIVITIES, WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES; WILL PROVIDE POLICY GUIDANCE, DIRECTION AND OVERSIGHT OF THE WIOA RELATED PROGRAMS.
