THE FOUNDATION WAS CREATED TO FUND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS AND PROGRAMS THAT DIRECTLY ASSIST CHILDREN WHO ARE AT RISK DUE TO SOCIO-ECONOMIC CHALLENGES, FAMILY PROBLEMS, BEHAVIORAL ISSUES OR OTHER FACTORS.
