ACH LANDOWNER IV EXISTS TO HOLD REAL PROPERTY AND DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN FACILITIES. THE FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO ITS SOLE MEMBER, ACH CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICES, TO ASSIST ACH IN FULFILLING ITS MISSION OF ASSISTING CHILDREN AND FAMILIES STRUGGLING WITH LIFE'S CHALLENGES.
