APOA SERVES AS A TRUSTED RESOURCE FOR PROPERTY OWNERS AND THOSE WHO WANT TO ACHIEVE THE AMERICAN DREAM BY PROVIDING TIMELY, ACCURATE INFORMATION TO HELP THEM SAFEGUARD THEIR INTERESTS. APOA ACTIVATES WHEN NECESSARY TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND ADVANCE COMMON-SENSE SOLUTIONS THAT SAFEGUARD PROPERTY OWNERSHIP.
