THE GOAL OF BALTIMORE-WASHINGTON LABORERS' JOINT TRAINING FUND IS TO MAKE SURE EVERY UNION LABORER HAS THE SKILLS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN SOUND EMPLOYMENT, WORK SAFELY, AND GIVE OUR EMPLOYERS A COMPETITIVE EDGE OVER NONUNION EMPLOYERS.
