(THE FOUNDATION) IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT FOUNDATION THAT HOLDS PROPERTIES FOR THE BUFFALO AND ROCHESTER ACADEMIES OF SCIENCE CHARTER SCHOOLS (THE SCHOOLS).
