CALIFORNIA COASTAL RURAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO SMALL BUSINESSES FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING EMPLOYMENT AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. WE PROVIDE FARM LOANS AND LOAN GUARANTEES TO BUSINESSES THAT HAVE THE ABILITY TO REPAY, BUT ARE UNABLE TO SECURE FUNDS AT A REASONABLE RATE FROM COMMERCIAL CREDIT INSTITUTIONS.
