Mission
CEPEF operates as a grassroots, community-based organization, promoting civic education and engagement, conducting research on the effects of policies on poverty and racial inequity, training and developing leaders for racial injustice, building capacity for community organizations, and empowering low-income and working-class communities throughout the United States.
