THE CLIMB PROGRAMS PROVIDE EMPLOYER-DRIVEN JOB TRAINING AND PLACEMENT, LIFE SKILLS AND PARENTING TRAINING, COUNSELING AND THE SUPPORT NECESSARY TO ENSURE SELF-SUFFICIENCY FOR GENERATIONS TO COME.
