(CAN)'S MISSION IS TO WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE COMMUNITY TO DEVELOP, OPERATE, AND SUPPORT PROGRAMS THAT REDUCE VULNERABILITY AND EMPOWER PERSONAL GROWTH, DIGNITY, STABILITY AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY AMONG PEOPLE IN BALTIMORE COUNTY EXPERIENCING ECONOMIC CHALLENGES.
