(CCBC) IS TO DEVELOP AND DELIVER COMPASSIONATE, RESPONSIVE, CULTURALLY COMPETENT, AND QUALITY MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES TO MEET THE PREVENTION,EDUCATION, TREATMENT, REHABILITATION AND RECOVERY NEEDS OF THOSE IN OUR COMMUNITY.
