AS A FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTER IN A REMOTE, RURAL AREA, IT IS OUR GOAL TO BE CUSTOMER FOCUSED WITHOUT REGARD TO ECONOMIC STATUS OR ANY OTHER ARTIFICIAL BARRIER. WE INTEND TO PROVIDE QUALITY PRIMARY CARE THAT MEETS THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE IN OUR DESIGNATED SERVICE AREA THROUGH COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS WITH CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITALS, CARE CENTERS, SPECIALISTS, ASSOCIATIONS, FOUNDATIONS AND OTHER APPROPRIATE OR AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITIES. OUR CORE VALUE IS THE CARE OF FAMILIES, FRIENDS AND VISITORS WHO RESIDE IN OR TRAVEL THROUGH OUR REGION BY ASSISTING TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH. CARE IS ALSO PROVIDED THROUGH CONTRACTS WITH BIGFORK VALLEY AND COOK HOSPITALS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED NURSING HOMES AS WELL AS AT NORTHOME CARE
