WE INTEND TO PROVIDE QUALITY PRIMARY CARE THAT MEETS THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE IN OUR DESIGNATED SERVICE AREA THROUGH COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS WITH CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITALS, CARE CENTERS, SPECIALISTS, ASSOCIATIONS, FOUNDATIONS AND OTHER APPROPRIATE OR AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITIES.
