THE CLUB AT CARLTON WOODS IS A PRIVATE MEMBER OWNED GOLF, TENNIS, ATHLETIC, DINING AND SOCIAL CLUB FOR THE PLEASURE AND RECREATION OF ITS MEMBERS. THE CLUB'S EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INTERACTION OF MEMBERS BY PROVIDING DINING/RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
