MGA-SA IS ORGANIZED IN ORDER TO OPERATE, IMPROVE AND PROMOTE THE GOLF COURSE FACILITIES OWNED BY THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO, AND PROVIDE THE BEST QUALITY MUNICIPAL GOLF EXPERIENCE FOR THE BENEFIT OF SAN ANTONIO'S CITIZENS FOR THEIR ATHLETIC, EDUCATIONAL AND CIVIC PURPOSES. IN SO DOING, MGA-SA WILL REDUCE THE CITY OF SAN ANTONIO'S BURDEN AND EXPENSE OF OPERATING THE CITY'S GOLF COURSE FACILITIES WHICH ARE USED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSES BY ITS CITIZENS AND CITIZENS OF OTHER COMMUNITIES.
