INDIVIDUALS SEEKING ASSISTANCE WORK WITH ECHO CLIENT ADVOCATES TO ADDRESS AND ASSESS THEIR NEEDS AND TOGETHER DEVELOP AN INDIVIDUAL ACTION PLAN TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT THEM AS THEY MOVE FORWARD. OUR BIGGEST SUCCESS IS MOVING INDIVIDUALS FROM THE CRISIS AT HAND TO A PLACE OF HOPE AND STABILITY.
