IS A NON-STOCK, NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED AS A SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCY ENGAGED IN ASSISTING INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES PRIMARILY THROUGHOUT FAIRFIELD COUNTY WHO ARE FACED WITH ADVERSITY. ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE THROUGH VARIOUS PROGRAMS WHICH PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE DESIGNED TO PROMOTE HARMONIOUS FAMILY AND INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS AND HEALTHY PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.
