ITS MISSION, THROUGH ITS PROGRAMS AND PARTNERSHIPS, IS TO CONNECT CHILDREN, ADULTS, AND FAMILIES WITH RELATIONSHIPS, RESOURCES, AND OPPORTUNITIES, TO DEVELOP AND SUSTAIN A THRIVING COMMUNITY.
