THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION SHALL BE TO PROMOTE PAVEMENT PRESERVATION AS A PROACTIVE APPROACH IN MAINTAINING OUR HIGHWAYS; TO PROMOTE AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE VALUE OF PAVEMENT PRESERVATION IN REDUCING THE USE OF NEW VIRGIN ROAD MATERIALS, REDUCING ENERGY COSTS AND REDUCING GREEN HOUSE GASES; AND TO CONDUCT RESEARCH AND STUDIES ON PAVEMENT PRESERVATION METHODOLOGIES.
