THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO OPERATE A PROGRAM OF ALL-INCLUSIVE CARE FOR THE ELDERLY ("PACE") TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL AND SOCIAL SERVICES IN ORDER TO ENABLE SENIORS TO LIVE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE.
