GREATER HORIZONS IS POWERED BY THE GREATER KANSAS CITY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION (GKCCF). THE GKCCF CREATED GREATER HORIZONS IN 2004 TO SERVE THOSE WHO WISH TO GIVE UNDER A NATIONAL ENTITY.
