TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF THE MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED POPULATION IN AND AROUND MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA BY PROVIDING PREVENTIVE AND PRIMARY HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO SUCH PERSONS IN A MANNER THAT WILL BEST MEET THEIR NEEDS AND REGARDLESS OF THE ABILITY OF AN INDIVIDUAL OR FAMILY TO PAY AND OTHER CRITICAL COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL SERVICES.
