THE MISSION OF HEARTLAND HEALTH SYSTEM IS TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL CARE FOR ALL AND CREATE HEALTHY COMMUNITIES. HEARTLAND HEALTH SYSTEM PROVIDES INPATIENT, OUTPATIENT, AND EMERGENCY CARE SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF FAYETTE COUNTY, ILLINOIS AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES.
