HIGH PLAINS MENTAL HEALTH CENTER IS A LICENSED COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER DEDICATED TO AN AGGRESSIVE PURSUIT OF PROVIDING A COMPREHENSIVE MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM TO THE CITIZENS OF NORTHWEST KANSAS IN A SETTING AS CLOSE TO THEIR HOME AND MADE AS AFFORDABLE AS POSSIBLE.
