Founded in 1989 to provide prenatal care for lowincome and homeless women, HPP has evolved into a dynamic family resource center with a holistic model that integrates a wide array of services to address the specific needs of each client coordinated by a team of family case managers (~50% of whom have similar life experiences as the clients we serve.)
