("HDSW")IS A SOCIAL SERVICE ORGANIZATION PROVIDING QUALITY BEHAVORIAL HEALTH, REHABILITATIVE, HEALTH, RESIDENTIAL AND COMMUNITY STABILIZATION SERVICES IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY. HDSW IS DEDICATED TO EMPOWERING THE INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WE SERVE TO ACHIEVE SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
