THE MISSION OF THE JEFFERSON REGIONAL FOUNDATION IS TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH & WELL-BEING OF THE COMMUNITY OF JEFFERSON HOSPITAL THROUGH GRANTMAKING, EDUCATION, & OUTREACH. THE FOUNDATION WILL SERVE THE COMMUNITY WITH INTEGRITY AND TRANSPARENCY. ITS SIX PRIORITIES WERE ADOPTED AS PART OF A 2021-2023 STRATEGIC PLAN AND IMPLEMENTED IN JANUARY 2021. THEY INCLUDE: HEALTH AND WELLNESS, CAPACITY BUILDING, CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND POLICY WORK, DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION, EARLY CHILDHOOD AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, AND WORKFORCE AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY. THE NEW STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS BEGAN IN NOVEMBER OF 2023 FOR A PLAN TO BE IMPLEMENTED FROM 2024-2028.
