THE PURPOSES OF THE FUND SHALL BE TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN FOR APPRENTICES ENGAGED IN THE PIPE COVERING INDUSTRY IN THE WORK JURISDICTION AS DEFINED UNDER ARTICLE II OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PHILADELPHIA INSULATION CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION, INC. AND THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HEAT AND FROST INSULATORS AND ASBESTOS WORKERS LOCAL 14 OF PHILADELPHIA.
