MHIC'S MISSION IS TO BE AN INNOVATIVE PRIVATE FINANCIER OF AFFORABLE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT THROUGHOUT NEW ENGLAND, PROVIDING FINANCING THAT WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE AVAILABLE, AND EXTENDING THE IMPACT OF THAT FINANCING TO ENSURE THE BROADEST POSSIBLE BENEFIT.
