MCHC'S MISSION IS TO DELIVER HIGH QUALITY PRIMARY AND SPECIALTY MEDICAL, DENTAL, REHABILITATIVE AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES TO PATIENTS OF ALL AGES AND ABILITIES, INCLUDING THOSE WITH CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITIONS, IN CULTURALLY SENSITIVE ENVIRONMENTS, WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION OR REGARD TO ABILITY TO PAY. THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE HAS DESIGNATED MCHC AS A LEVEL 3 PATIENT-CENTERED MEDICAL HOME.
