MY COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER (MCHC) IS A GRASSROOTS, COMMUNITY-BASED 501(C)(3) OHIO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE COMPASSIONATE CARE TO ALL, HEALING AND LEARNING TOGETHER.
