NATIONAL PHILANTHROPIC TRUST ("NPT") IS A PUBLIC CHARITY DEDICATED TO INCREASING PHILANTHROPY IN SOCIETY BY PROVIDING PHILANTHROPIC EXPERTISE TO DONORS, FOUNDATIONS AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, ENABLING THEM TO REALIZE THEIR PHILANTHROPIC ASPIRATIONS (SEE SCHEDULE O).
