THE NORTHWEST POWER POOL ("NWPP") MISSION IS TO SUPPORT ELECTRIC RELIABILITY BY PROVIDING COST-EFFECTIVE RELIABILITY SERVICES, DEVELOPED IN COOPERATION WITH MEMBERS, TO MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS ACROSS THE WEST.
