THE FOUNDATION WAS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE RESPONSIBLE STEWARDSHIP OF DONATED GIFTS TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP IN ADDRESSING COMMUNITY ISSUES AND TO MAKE GRANTS IN THE FIELDS OF COMMUNITY SERVICE, EDUCATION, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT AND THE ARTS IN THE OHIO COUNTY AREA.
