OUR MISSION IS TO SUPPORT, EMPLOY, AND TRANSFORM THE LIVES OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. WE ENSURE THAT PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES (IDD) HAVE ACCESS TO TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT, AND SOCIAL OPPORTUNITIES, FOSTERING A WORLD WHERE THEY ARE VALUED COMMUNITY MEMBERS. OPARC HAS BEEN AT THE FOREFRONT OF PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES AND ADVOCATING FOR THE RIGHTS AND INCLUSION OF INDIVIDUALS WITH IDD SINCE 1950.
