OUR MISSION IS TO SUPPORT, EMPLOY, AND TRANSFORM THE LIVES OF INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. OPARC HAS BEEN AT THE FOREFRONT OF PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES AND ADVOCATING FOR THE RIGHTS AND INCLUSION OF INDIVIDUALS WITH IDD SINCE 1950.
