ONIC's primary exempt purpose is to lessen the burden of government, relieve the poor and distressed, promote social welfare and combat community deterioration. This is achieved through the development and preservation of affordable housing, community engagement initiatives, and programs that support economic empowerment, environmental sustainability, and social equity.
