Mission

To provide exceptional healthcare to people facing access barriers through clinical programs and education, serving over 74,000 people living in the Pikes Peak and East Central Regions of Colorado through 28 health centers spread across 20 service locations. Peak Vista offers numerous ancillary services and programs to benefit our patients to include: First Visitor which provides information to parents and caregivers before and after their baby is born with trained volunteers making home visits designed to connect parents with community resources and early childhood materials. Health education supports patients with management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and asthma. The two pharmacy locations provide easy access to counseling and medications. Well Child Waiting Areas welcome healthy children into a secure and child-friendly environment so that patients can attend clinical appointments without the worry of finding outside childcare.
