PIDC FC ADMINISTERS LOAN PROGRAMS THAT ARE FUNDED BY THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, INCLUDING THE PIDA LOAN PROGRAM. THESE PROGRAMS PROVIDE FINANCING TO BUSINESSES FOR THE ACQUISITION OF REAL ESTATE, LEASEHOLD IMPROVEMENTS AND CAPITAL EQUIPMENT.
