PUBLIC HEALTH INSTITUTE OF METROPOLITAN CHICAGO (PHIMC) ENHANCES THE CAPACITY OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND HEALTHCARE SYSTEMS TO PROMOTE HEALTH EQUITY AND EXPAND ACCESS TO SERVICES.
