Relate has provided community based mental and chemical health services since 1969. Our mission is to provide high-quality, culturally responsive, inclusive mental health services to our community. Relate is an Essential Community Provider, a designation for providers that support underserved and low-income populations. We offer an income-based, sliding fee scale to remove financial barriers.
