OUR PURPOSE IS TO WORK WITH CONTRACTUAL AGENCIES TO PROVIDE RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, AND ASSISTANCE WITH EMPHASIS ON PEOPLE WITH MENTAL ILLNESS AND/OR PHYSICAL DISABILITIES, AND TO FACILITATE THEIR TRANSITION INTO THE COMMUNITY.
