IN COORDINATION WITH THE TOWN OF BEL AIR, THE FOUNDATION WAS FORMED TO DEVELOP, OPERATE AND PROMOTE A MULTI-FACETED MEETING, RECREATIONAL AND CULTURAL VENUE ON THE GROUNDS OF ROCKFIELD MANOR TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR BEL AIR AND ALL OF THE CITIZENS OF HARFORD COUNTY, MARYLAND.
