THE CENTER IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY, AFFORDABLE, COMPREHENSIVE, LINGUISTICALLY APPROPRIATE AND CULTURALLY COMPETENT HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO MEDICALLY UNDERSERVED POPULATIONS ON THE WEST SIDE OF MANHATTAN.
