THE CENTRAL PURPOSE AND ROLE OF SAN SIMEON BY THE SOUND CENTER FOR NURSING AND REHABILITATION IS DEFINED AS: OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE LONG TERM CARE AND SHORT TERM REHABILITATION TO THE NORTH FORK COMMUNITY AND SURROUNDING AREAS AND THROUGH DOING SO WE STRIVE TO MEET THE HEALTH CARE NEEDS OF THE AGING POPULATION THROUGH PROVIDING QUALITY CARE IN A LOVING ENVIRONMENT. OUR COMMITMENT TO THE COMMUNITY CENTERS ON TOTAL PERSONAL CARE FOR THE INDIVIDUALS ENTRUSTED TO US AND THEY ARE CONSIDERED OUR FAMILY.
