THE CENTER WAS ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO AN ELEVEN-COUNTY AREA IN NORTH CAROLINA WHICH CONSISTS OF MOORE, HOKE, RICHMOND, MONTGOMERY, ANSON, RANDOLPH, LEE, GUILFORD, DAVIDSON, ROCKINGHAM AND HARNETT COUNTIES. THE CENTER OPERATES UNITS IN EACH OF THESE COUNTIES TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO RESIDENTS WHO ARE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE FOR EITHER MENTAL HEALTH, DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, ALCOHOL OR DRUG RELATED PROBLEMS.
