THE COMMUNITY CONSISTS OF 275 COTTAGES AND CLUB HOMES FOR INDEPENDENT SENIOR LIVING, 59 ASSISTED LIVING UNITS FOR THE ELDERLY, AND A NURSING FACILITY WITH 60 SKILLED AND INTERMEDIATE-CARE NURSING BEDS, TOGETHER WITH A CLUBHOUSE CONTAINING COMMON AREAS, ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES, A RESTAURANT, LOUNGE, BEAUTY SALON/BARBER, EXERCISE ROOM, RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, AND OTHER AMENITIES.
