ITS GOAL IS TO SERVE THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE BY PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTIVE, THERAPEUTIC, AND EDUCATIONAL OUTPATIENT REHABILITATIVE HEALTHCARE SERVICES, AND HELPING TO RESTORE AND RETURN PHYSICALLY DISABLED PERSONS TO OPTIMAL LEVELS OF INDEPENDENT LIVING WITHIN AN ACCEPTING AND SUPPORTING COMMUNITY.
