THE BPC ENTERED A LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP WITH THE CITY TO HELP FUND, DEVELOP, OPERATE, MAINTAIN AND PROGRAM THE SIGNATURE PARK FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY NOW, AND FOR GENERATIONS TO COME.
