THE COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY OF WESTERN CONNECTICUT IS A PRIVATE NON-PROFIT CORPORATION SERVING WESTERN CONNECTICUT. ITS PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO OPERATE A MULTI-PURPOSE ORGANIZATION TO COMBAT POVERTY AND PROMOTE SELF SUFFICIENCY AMONG LOW INCOME INDIVIDUALS.
